"They'll let us in soon," she assured her. "We should dance tonight, but also stand and talk and move around. We want to be noticed after all. And it'll give our princes the best chances of finding us."

Alexander gets up and walks around, then sits down against the wall again and stares at the door for a moment, then looks around and turns back to staring at the door.

Scorn saw another guest without anyone to talk to who caught her eye. She walked over to him and gave a small curtsy, thought kept her head and shoulders up," Good evening."

"Oh, uh, good evening to you as well." Alexander says and pushes himself against the wall further, looking around and often looking at the door to the ballroom.

Scorn tilted her head slightly," Are you expecting to meet someone before the ball starts?"

"No, not really, but I am looking for someone, not that I expect to know it's her when I see her." Alexander says and continues to look around.
