Maya threw the body off of her, standing up and dusting off her pant legs. Some sort of boom had knocked out both of them for a few minutes, but it looked like the man had received the brunt of the attack. She blinked, swaying, and steadied herself against a tree. After the dizzy spell receded, she rubbed her hands together, generating a very small amount of static electricity. It wasn't enough to shock someone with, but it would keep her running.

Frost made a nervous noise and sighed "its nothing really " he wiped the look from his face but you could see it in his eyes. That look of fear was always in his eyes

Anna could hear his words. She didn't like seeing people, even the enemy, in pain.

Walking up the steps, Maya knocked on the door, which was mostly still intact. Well, at least it was on it's hinges. Closing her eyes momentarily, she sighed, hoping that there would be electricity outlets in the house.

Looks like I'll just have to invite myself in, Maya thought wryly. She turned the door knob, but it broke off in her hand. Snorting, she pushed open the door and called out, "Hello? Anyone alive?" A quick grin flashed across her face as she said that.
