You could say the vampire was shocked to death but technically he was already dead.He looked down at Sophie with his eyes wide,well,wider than normal.He looked at ehr then quickly shook his head "no Sophie,i'm not leaving you." He took her hand with the ring on it and smiled down at the ring before he looked up at Sophie and kissed her."I'm not going anywhere,I love you."
