She had a feeling it was serious with his expression and she felt her heart beat fast in fear of what he had to say. Bitng her lip she rebraided her hair to the side and listened to him

Isaac gave a sad smile, flexing his fingers as they rested on the steering wheel. After a moment of a nervous chuckle, he let his shoulders sag. "Back when we were refueling the truck, and that...thing...tackled me." He paused, looking at the pedals at his feet. "I...it," He sputtered, matching Zeana's worry. "Needless to say, I got scratched, and...I don't know if I'm going to turn on you now. And if it comes to that..."

She looked at him sadly tears silently slipped down her cheeks. With a sudden reaction she didn't think she couldn't help but hug him. Enough so he didn't crash. Zeana.. didn't know him, well enough... but he had saved her. It was her turn to save him. At all cost. "I-Isaac... I won't let you turn." She whispered seriousness oozed from her words. Then she looked at him with a serious face. "We will figure it out.. -" then she looked down, "- and if the time comes... I promise you I will handle it so you can see your little girl again." She still cried and didn't look at him.. she couldn't bring herself to do it if she had to. But she knew she would have too if he turned.

Isaac bit his lip. He hated making people cry like that. He was always the one that made people happy and laugh. Laughter...his little girl....his family...and this young lass, Zeana. The zombies had taken the previous three things out of his life, and he wouldn't let himself fail again. He took one hand off the steering wheel and wiped the tears from her face, putting a finger under her chin, lifting her gaze up. "Well it can't be as bad as a bite, right?" He asked, though half-heartedly.

She looked at him and shook her head sitting back in her seat, "Honestly I am not sure. I don't think it is... but we can't be sure. When we stop ill clean it up, and check it out." She bit her lip and looked down... she really couldn't be sure

Isaac pulled into a small sub-urban driveway. At the end of the drive, sat a dormant garage, the door open. "I think we should spend the night there. We're both exhausted- no use in taking crazy risks." He said, turning the headlights off to be discreet as he pulled in. After a careful moment of driving, he made it inside, and looked out the rear-view mirror, checking for zombies.

Zeana nodded and got her gun ready. She would bandage his wound and fend off anything that came too close. She watched out close and kept her eyes peered to anything that moved

Isaac hopped out almost silently, the quiet thud of his boots on the pavement the only sign of his presence. He'd checked the garage swiftly, already rushing to close the gaping garage door so that no zombies would be getting in. He paused only once to investigate the mark on his fore arm. His brows furrowed as he realized this mark could mean he was a dead man walking.
