Josh whooped as they dived, golden light streaming from his body the happier he got
Doms body reeled when his brother started radiating light, his hands almost came off and he slid back

Rose cried out when Link almost pushed her over, she ran after him to try and find out what was going on, she ran up to Link when he reached the door "what's the matter?!"

Vickys eyes widened and she tightened her grip on the sword, but then Link said something that made her pause "wait, how can you snap our necks if we don't come out?"

Rose bit her lip and looked at Link worriedly

Alice gave Rose a one-armed hug.
"It'll be okay. Want some of this?" Alice asked offering her someone the pastry she got from the kitchen earlier.

Larzite pulled sharply out of her dive, spreading her wings wide once more and flapping them forward so she could land back on the platform. She dropped to all fours and folded her wings.

All colour left from Never's face. 'Why are you provoking him?!' He asked. Knowing what was about to happen next he rushed to the far end of his chambers and drew back a tapestry hiding a concealed door. 'Quickly!' He urged pushing open the stone wall.

Linkheart brushed Rose and Alice away as if they where bothersome flies. 'You really want to know!' Linkheart shouted at Vicky, he once again slammed his shoulder into the door breaking the lock and sending splinters of wood flying into the room.

Josh grinned and whooped in amazement "that was awsome!!"
Dom leaned down and leaned his sweaty face on the dragons back

"it was an honest question!!" she cried as she followed him

Roses eyes widened in fear and ice shot from her hands to restrain his arms

Zaura looked back at the two boys, 'enjoyed yourselves?' She asked already knowing the answer. However she caught sight of Dom behind Josh and raised her eyebrows in concern. 'Dom, are you alright?'
Larzite flicked her spiked tail tip in agitated, she did not like Dom.

'Well it was a stupid honest question.' Never growled through gritted teeth. He heaved the stone door closed and instantly they were engulfed in darkness. 'At least I know where this tunnel goes, you should too we came in here the night we stole Minyon's crown'

Linkheart shot Rose a look of deep annoyance. 'Don't.' He said sharply breaking the ice crystals, they melted to the floor more from his anger than from any magic. He kicked the broken door inwards and proceed into Never's chambers.

Josh looked back at his brother and frowned a bit "hey..." he lifted up Doms head and saw how pale he was and Joshs eyes widened "Dom what the matter?"
The older brother blinked then answered after a few moments "sun..."
Josh frowned and heaved his brother onto his back and tried to get him off the dragon

Vicky frowned a little "we were really drunk, I don't remember much"

Rose ran after him and looked around Nevers chambers "what's happening? What's wrong?"

Zaura jumped down and stood beneath the two brothers just in case Josh fell or lost his footing.

'Way too drunk in my opinion, what a wacky night that was.' He started forward and ran into Vicky forgetting she was right in front of him. 'Owe.'
Tomearix suddenly emitted an eerie pale green light from the blade.

Linkheart removed his hand from the wall, he could feel his sword was close by, calling....He cursed and spun around to face Rose. 'Your mother and "Uncle" stole my sword.' His face turned into a snarl if frustration. He wouldn't be able to locate Tomearix without calming himself.

Josh finally managed to get himself and his brother down and took him inside, as soon as they were out of the sun he visibly started to recover

She laughed "wacky is an understatement" she went to move when he walked into her back "oof!" she looked down at the sword and she got the feeling that wasn't a good thing "did it ever occur to you that stealing this sword was a bad idea?"

Rose frowned a little, trying to understand "but they wouldn't be trying to be bad, maybe it's a joke?"

[Elfie]

Zaura followed, her expression thoughtful. 'I'm only stating the obvious, but it seems the sun doesn't agree with you. What are you Dom?'
Larzite lowered her head to inspect him up close, nosing Josh aside. You fly with me no more. She said backing up and taking wing. Zaura was puzzled by her dragon's behavior. 'What did she say?'

'Yes, but it's been one of those childish dreams of mine, you know like sneaking up on him.' He glanced at the sword. 'I've heard that back when his people where alive they where the finest sword smithies, they had a way to bond with their sword. I never took it seriously but Linkheart has said on numerous occasions that he's imprinted on that thing.' He shrugged. 'In any case we can't give it back to him now, he's too upset.'

'I don't care if it's a joke!' Linkheart growled. 'He shouldn't have commandeered it in the first place.' The elf felt incomplete without the comforting weight at his side.
