"Is that a 'Yes please go scare the big mean man away' then?" Zeke asked, unable to keep the smirk off his face.

"Not really, I just can't wait to see you getting beat up." Dina nudged him teasingly. "Go and scare him away doggy."

Zeke stood up and walked out the room. Once he was out the kitchen, he shifted into his canine form and trotted to the door, waiting.

Dina walked over to the door and opened it, grinning. "Have fun, but don't knock yourself out, 'kay?"

Duncan got out of the car.

Much obliged. Zeke hardened his gaze, stalking outside. He forced a growl to rise in his throat, parting his lips to show his fangs, his hackles raising. Pacing in the direction he'd heard the door slam for he flattened his ears slightly, raising his tail.

Duncan blinked surprised as Zeke appeared in front of him.
"Dina has a dog?"
Of course he wasn't smart enough to notice Zeke was a Shadowstalker.

Zeke's eyes narrowed and he snarled openly, still pacing towards Duncan.

Duncan shrugged. Who cares, dogs are easy to kill.
He pointed a gun at Zeke. "Sit down pooch or I will shoot you down."

Zeke almost laughed. A gun? Was that what Dina classified as 'dangerous?' He glared at the man's eyes. Go on. I dare you. I'll give me an excuse.

He put the gun away and smirked. "Why do you allow her to boss you around? I mean, she's a girl!"
