Zeke's mouth twitched to one side. It was clear from the way she talked that Dina had never been close to being even average when it came to money. "You should be thankful you have enough to live in a place like this and appreciate the fact you live in luxury, not talk about getting rid of it."

Dina shrugged. "It's dangerous to have that much money.
Because much money means much might, and the less mighty ones get very... difficult if they find out about the mightier ones. Inner wars are the last thing we need at the moment."

[Wolvine]

"You don't have to explain. Many of my employers had a... strained relationship with those of upper class." Zeke took a bite of the toast to his his uneasy expression.

"Thought so."
Dina looked at her watch again.

[Wolvine]

"Why so nervous?" Zeke asked before cramming the remainder of the toast into his mouth.

"Because Duncan will arrive here in a few minutes. You know, that stalkerish brother of my boyfriend.
Ehm, of my dead boyfriend..." Dina got up. "Ready to go?"

Zeke gave a sudden grin. "Wouldn't it be a shame if you got a new guard dog that chased him out of here?"

"Duncan's pretty dangerous." Dina looked at her watch again.

[Wolvine]

"So am I." Zeke gave a shrug, standing up. "But if you'd rather we left, I won't argue."

"If you really want to play the brave guard dog I won't stop you", Dina replied.
She heard a car stopping in front of the house.
"He arrived just by now."
