Dina grabbed him by the shoulder, pulling him back. "You haven't answered to my question."

"Ah, but the question is, do I want to?" Zeke frowned suddenly, something clicking. "How did you even know I had a nightmare last night?"

"You.. You were listening to me sleep?" Eyebrows knitted together, he leaned away, frowning.

"No", she defended herself, "I came upstairs to go to bed, then I heard your whimpering."

"I closed it. I never leave a door open."
