( ugh I'm so used to staying up late on the weekends I can never fall asleep Sunday night early -_- )

Laru nodded a little, smiling broadly. "Yeah, but somehow the middle of my stomach and down is like leopard print sort of." He wasn't exactly sure why it was like that, but it just was.

Airi giggled and smiled; taking another step, she now stood less than two feet from Laru. "Interesting~" She purred, as her cloak twitched.

Laru smiled at her, blushing a little. "Yeah." He wasn't really sure what to say. He was horrible at starting up better conversation. "It's fun phasing, I guess." He said softly.

Airi reached out with a rather thin, and extremely pale hand, and she touched his chest- right over his heart. She could easily feel it beating. "You have a strong heart." She said quietly, a wistful smile on her lips. "Are you a lover, or a fighter?" Airi asked, looking up at him with her strange eyes.

Laru smiled more, looking down at his chest, the. Back at Airi. "I'd say probably a lover." He chuckled a little, and grinned. He did feel his heart beat a lot, just regularly. He shrugged that ought off, focusing in Airi.

Airi thought about this, and smiled kindly at him. "Does love win wars? Or does tolerance?" She asked, thinking of a writer she had once met, a long time ago. Her hand remained over Laru's heart, his skin hot like fire under her cool, almost cold, hand.

Laru thought for a moment, Airi's cool hand against his skin feeling good. "I would say....love wins wars." He said softly, smiling at her. "Love is like war, and every war is won."

Airi smiled. "Interesting choice of words." She said calmly and kindly, as she slowly lowered her hand. Her cloak twitched again, a flash of white and gray coming from the bottom hem of the garment. With calm eyes, Airi did a small bow. "My name is Airi, by the way." She told him with a soft and kind voice; she was beginning to trust this boy, a small feat on his part.

Laru smiled kindly at her, and bowed back. "Laru. You have a pretty name." He said softly, grinning as he said it. He looked at her with generous and soft eyes. 'I can't believe I'm actually meeting a friend!' He thought to himself. He was never really with making friends. He smiled at his thoughts, probably looking like a weirdo.

(Haha good. I wasn't sure if it was good or not...I heard a quote sort of like that )

Airi giggled and covered her mouth with a pale hand, though the cloak she wore managed to remain closed- hiding the rest of her. "Thank you, Laru." She said his name slowly, enjoying the sound it made and the feeling that crept over her when she said it. "I like your name." Airi stated with a smile.
