Thomas politely shook his head at Alex's offered hand, and he got to his feet. Cheshire pulled hard against Otis, wanting to get free. "So what if my last name is Spiderwick??" he asked, eyeing her.
"My last name is Spiderwick!!" Chess hissed- as if someone with the same last name was the greatest threat in the world.
It was then that Thomas's eyes grew wide and he became speechless- while Chess still pulled against Otis.

Quint smirked and led the way to the forest.
