"Tell me exactly what you two talked about..." Aurora asked, sounding defensive and unsure of herself.

Shadow nodded " your past, I suppose you could say. " he replied honestly.

"As much as it knows..." Aurora muttered, "So from the time we met...until...?"

" until it had to leave." He told her gently.

Aurora cocked her head to one side in slightly puzzlement.

Shadow nodded " we'll, he had to go because you we're waking."

If Aurora could have rolled her eyes, she would have. "'Waking' my a**..." she muttered, "When it talks for too long, my body can't handle the stress and starts to break down..." the words came out in a quiet whisper, Aurora's mind wondering to the scary truth hiding in her words.
