Victoria shook her head with a sigh and then picked up the chocolate cake that had been left untouched. "Well, it's been nice not being killed, but now I shall be going." She then reached forwards and smashed the cake into Famine's face. "That's revenge for the bullet in my head." She grinned a little when the whole restaurant turned around with a gasp and then called the shocked waitress over for the bill before handing over a credit card. "Ah sweet sweet revenge."

I didn't know I wasn't allowed outside by myself. Sorry next time I'll ask your permission first.

What if your power had been to teleport or something? Or you spontaneously combusted?
What would we have done? How the heck would I explain that to your girlfriend?

War was about to protest, but... Gods. Fam did deserve that didn't he? How was he supposed to not giggle a bit?
Famine took time digging the chocolate out of his eyes before he glared back at her.
"Zana. I do believe it's time for us to take our leave."

Victoria just grinned back when Famine glared at her, and was sorely tempted to throw something else in his direction too. "Don't you glare at me cake face, if anything I think a bullet is worse than a cake to the face. Certainly more painful."
Zania suddenly winced and bit her lip to stop herself crying out as the tip of a dagger sliced through the underside of the table.
"And your hand was in the way." Victoria had actually driven the dagger through her sister's hand. "We haven't been touching for the last five minutes, you didn't realize that it was enough time for my powers to return." She patted her sister on the head and pulled the dagger back out. She waved at Famine and Zania and teleported the pair of them off to America before turning back to War. "Driving daggers through people's hands is perfectly natural right?"

To Evelyn-
You tell her that I disappeared... She's not going to kill you just because of that.

Lorelai heaved a quiet sigh and walked over to the car. She perched on the hood of the car and waited for Cyrus.

To: Cyrus
Where's Evelyn?

She sent the text and gave a small jump when Cyrus's phone went off near her. Well then. Perhaps she was going blind. To her defense, she hadn't given that side of the car so much as a single glance when she approached. "What's going on?"

Evelyn huffed as she continued to walk down the sidewalk, not really paying attention at all to where she was going, just wandering aimlessly as she continued to stare in front of herself like the zombie she felt like.
Honestly; thinking didn't do her any good. Any want or need she had to have would give the hands a greater chance at appearing, so zoning out turned to be her best option.

"... Er... I wouldn't think so. No." War stated simply as he wiped his mouth clean of any crumbs. "I mean... Dang. Even I'm not that violent."

Famine, scrambling for control grabbed Zania's hand and watched it heal up. "Fine. Snake venom it is."

Evelyn continued to walk on... And on and on and-
"Uh- young lady I-" a sudden hand grabbed hers and jerked her from her state of empty-mindedness."'Ey, are ye deaf?! Whot are ya- look I'm sure whotever it is doesn't need ta involve taking yer life like that!"
Evelyn blinked suddenly realizing that she had just been pulled away from walking onto direct traffic by a complete stranger... Maybe of a few years older than she was, but maybe not much older.
Just like it took her a moment for her to register what had just been said to her. "What?! No- I... I'm not- no. That wasn't a lame suicide attempt I just..."
The simple words she wanted to say caught like barbed-wire hooks in her throat as everything escaped her. Had she really just come so close to dying? Really?
"I... I'm not..."
She couldn't look the stranger in the eyes anymore. Not like this. Not whenever she couldn't even convince herself that she was fine. No. She had gone from powerless one day, to all-powerful and restrained in the next. What was worse; was that she couldn't tell anyone about it. Cyrus probably would have said that they all were going through it, and there was no one else she was close enough to in the sins, and certainly no one in the virtues...
... Right now she needed a hug."Oh..."
The voice of her rescuer slowed for a bit. "Ye... Ye wanna glass of coffee?.. Er tea er somefin?"

(Short post, I'm about to go to the beach~ But my cousins take ages to get ready so I have time to post XD)

Victoria pulled a face, "Two bullets in the head and heightened senses. I think that was justified." She smiled at the waitress when she came back with a card machine for the bill and Victoria typed in the number for the card before getting up and taking the receipt. "Just like the cafe charging me clean up charges is justified." She led the way over to the door and lent against the door frame as she waited for War.

Zania yelped as her hand was grabbed and they appeared in an alleyway, "Let go... That hurts..." She snatched her hand back and held it against her chest until it had finished healing completely.

Cyrus frowned at Lorelai, "Did you just not see me or am I going invisible?" He shrugged and gently pulled her down to sit next to him. "Evelyn said my eye was glowing and dragged me out here. She said she called one of the horsey people."

To Evelyn-
Where are you? We're worried about you.

Lorelai chose not to answer Cyrus's question as he reached up and pulled her down next to him. She wasn't blind and he wasn't invisible, she had just been being largely unobservant. She boredly listened to his explanation, perking up when he mentioned glowing eyes. She turned, placing her hands on the surface of the car on either side of Cyrus's head as she hovered over him to inspect his eyes. She wanted to see glowing eyes too!

Cyrus frowned at Lorelai, "Um... Lorelai... What are you doing?" He winced as blood started running down his cheek from his red eye before it started glowing again. He shut his eye tightly and covered it with a hand. "Okay Evelyn was right..."
