Caleb smirked and whispered "My brother's rages have nothing on mine my love. But you have nothing to worry about. As far as he's going to know I'm leaving again to go back to my job ad watch over things. I want you to take it ease and Lea....remember that I love you."

Alese shook her head "No, you were where you needed to be. Otherwise who knows what would have happened."

The little boy stirred a little and stretched yawning then reached out and touched his sister easily slipping back to sleep.
Alese smiled softly watching her son and pressed closer to Demitri.

"Business wise yes, family wise no." He sighed. When his son moved he couldn't help but smile. "They are absolutely beautiful, perfect little heirs." He said happily "what should we name them?"

Lea nodded softly, "I love you too... And I hope you find someone who makes you just as happy again." She said as she leaned against him.

Caleb closed his eyes and held her close whispering "I'm so sorry I didn't fight to be the king, then things could have been different, and your life...would have been easier." He looked at the sky seeing it slowly beginning to turn a light grey "I have to get back to Demitri. The sun will be up before long and I dare not risk staying here."

Darius stopped walking at the cave entrance and smirked before blasting water into it, he heard a scream and stopped smiling before walking and and dragging the one he'd hit outside only to find his servant who had been burned badly. "No...."
He spun around quickly and froze, standing behind him was Tanya but she looked like the pure she truly was. An evil and powerful firey woman. Her golden hair hung around her and her eyes danced with flames. "You made a mistake coming after me dear Darius. But you see.....you don't stand a chance against me"
Darius snarled loudly and went to hit her but she easily avoided him.
"I've been Alvor before in a match and he's higher than you are you brat!"
Tanya laughed musically, the same laugh she'd found when she burned hundreds of people alive in a village before, "Oh you naive fool.... you REALLY think he got that position easily? it took him sleeping with me and coming in a tie with me in power to get there because I cared enough to not kill him. When you fought he went easy on you because you're WEAK"
Darius shot towards Tanya enraged and tried to blast her with water again only for her to dance out of the way. Darius snarled and started shaking "I tried to sleep with you, and yet, you never-"
"Because you were never strong enough for me, nor handsome enough, or insane enough to actually win me over"
Darius screamed and rushed at her but stopped when her whip wrapped around his throat. Her eyes were sadistic as she smiled and slowly let her flames crawl along the whip towards his throat "You fool. If you'd have left me be at the meeting, you'd get to live to see another moon rise. but, I see no reason to allow you to continue when you enjoy causing so much chaos... and making it where Alvor and I get blamed for all of it. I'll admit we have had our fair share of killings, but we are nothing compared to you." She let the flames rush the rest of the whip burning Darius intensely then yanked it hard and watched his body and head separate. Being called weak repeatedly and losing the human she'd found to heal herself from in the same night made it where she was ready to show her true powers again. The ones she stopped using centuries ago after Alvor and her got close the first time.

Alese yawned and shook her head whispering "I don't know my love"

"I know..." She looked at the sky softly "one thing about being a ghost, I've been able to see so many sunrises... The humans are luckier than they seem." She said softly, holding him close. "Be safe" she said giving kissing him softly before vanishing, leaving Claire behind.
Claire gasped for air and rubbed her head "ugh... My head..."

Demitri thought for a moment, eyes falling to the girl. "Do you think we can name her Lea?"

Caleb's eyes softened watching Lea go and whispered "Goodbye my love" once Claire was back he smiled slightly and stood slowly "Go rest. You need it." He then turned away not even caring to make his hair black again, he just left it white and took off back to the palace.

Alese nodded tiredly and fell asleep without a word. With her husband by her side she felt completely safe, and his warmth always helped her to sleep. She'd always been thankful that he could wield fire since she was young, because he was always warm no matter what for a vampire

Demitri chuckled softly "we'll figure names out when mother is conscious again." He said quietly, stroking both of their faces. He slowly released his wings and wrapped his new family around them, sighing happily as he slept.

Aela came upstairs and belt beside Claire. "Are you alright?"
"Yes... I'm fine." She said softly as she watched Caleb go. She felt sorry for him. She felt was toes had felt.. And could see his pain through her eyes. "I need to be home.. I will be gone for awhile."
"But Claire..."
"I'm fine. Your man will be fine so long as he's watched overs as well. I promise it." She said softly, hugging her friend before vanishing into the night.

Jordan raced after Caleb, keeping near him. The screams and smells of burning flesh kept him alarmed and near his friend.

Alese smiled in her sleep and relaxed.
The boy's eyes slowly opened and glowed slightly as he looked around. Her metal wings slowly slid out of her back and cracked making way for fire. She stared at the sky and let herself relax.

Caleb spun around making darkness shoot up and restrain Jordan suspending Jordan in the air. His eyes were completely black and his fangs were bared. Once he saw it was Jordan following him he released the boy "never follow me when things are tense like this. What's with the look in your eyes Jordan?"

Tanya felt her power growing stronger after killing Darius. Her eyes pulsed as she stood there and rolled her shoulders.

"I'm sorry sir. I tried to get to you sooner, but Darius was watching you." He said, rolling his shoulders a bit. "His servant was still in the castle, I followed and he led me to him. I heard screams not to long after he left. It was unwise to leave you." He said, then frowned a bit "I'm sorry about lady Lea...."

Demitri smiled softly and held his sons hand with a finger. "Sleep little one... You will see wonders soon enough." He said softly.

Caleb raised a hand. "Nothing to apologize for. But there's nothing to fear with me. I am still the oldest elder and strongest. Get home. The sun will be rising before long"

The boy looked at his father and squeezed his finger giggling but kept looking around.

Tanya shot off in a blur though there were small flames in her wake.

"It's not that, I think he was planning something... And he was after Tanya. Sir you shouldn't be out either, I may be Hawkes best friend but he'd kill me if I didn't come back with you." Jordan said as he noted the greeting sky.

Demitri chuckled softly. "Alright alright..." He said softly. He slowly moved his wings away and picked him up. "Just a curious little thing hmm? Like your mother." He said, keeping him against his chest.
The little girl started to move, but she didn't fully wake up, instead she cuddled against her mother and went back into sleep. "The women in this family love their sleep." He chuckled
