Nyx nodded. "Yeah. That's probably it." she sighed softly, thinking back to the picture. She had no idea how it had gotten there. She hadn't brought it and her family didn't know where she was.

Crowe looked at her softly "so, what exactly happened between you and your family?"

Nyx closed her eyes for a moment. She opened them and looked away from Crowe. "My family arent the nicest people. When I was born they hated me. I don't know why, they just did. When I was old enough to walk around and do a few things on my own they refused to care for me. They told me I could stay with the maids and work with them and that would pay for food and nothing more. Of course I did since I was still only a small child." She said. she sighed softly before continuing. "I rarely saw them while I cleaned the house during the day. They always slept when the sun was up. I think they worked at night. When I did see them though they always scolded me. Said I was doing things wrong. Then they would punish me for it. I hated it there but I dealt with it only because of the kindness the maids showed me. They even took time out of work to teach me to read, write and do math. One even taught me some science." she smiled softly when she spoke of the maids. "Once I was old enough I left. I was unable to stand my parents anymore. I eventually ended up here where I am rather happy with life."

"I don't care Hiro... I really don't care... " she said softly, looking at him.

Demitri looked up from his spot at his sleeping Alese. A small smile graded his face. He stood when she began to toss and turn. He moved to her side and kissed her head "Alese?" He called out quietly.

Jordan smiled softly as he carried her to her rooms he kissed her head softly as he laid her down "sleep my love"

HIro stared at Aela and felt pain in his chest.

Alese's eyes snapped open. She layed there shaking in pain.

Jaden relaxed on the bed and slowly began to fall asleep.

Aela looked at him softly and sighed "I... I just don't want to lose you again... I never got over my feelings when you broke up with me..." She said quietly "I wanted to be with you... I still do.. But, I..." She looked down in silence, saying nothing further.

Demitri pulled her in his arms "Shh it's alright, it's alright, just a nightmare" he said quietly.

Crowe listen to her silently, pondering the though for a moment with a disturbed look. "I am truly sorry,... At least you had friends for a few years" he said softly with a smile, pushing his thought aside

"Yeah. I'm over it though." Nyx said. "They aren't near me and they don't know where I am so they can't bother me anymore."

Alese gasped in pain as her body was moved and closed her eyes tightly. She breathed shakily and whispered "D....Demitri... I need you to go into my room, under my bed is a white box. I need you to grab one of the red potions in it and bring it b....back here ok?"

Hiro sighed softly and ran his hands down his face trying to relax then slid them through his hair. "Aela.....unless you were to change too i can't endanger you like that. I'm sorry"

Aela cringed a bit, away from him. She looked at him, then sighed before backing up. "Fine...you started it.. Guess your ending it again too.." She whispered quietly. "You know I can hold my own... And we wouldn't have been the only ones like this"

Demitri nodded and kissed her head , vanishing in a blur. He hurried to the bedroom and scrambled and searched for the box. A moment later he returned to her side "here..."

Crowe gave her a soft smile "I am glad your alright, but if you want to talk about anything, I'm here"
