Saumya blushed, sitting up, blanket still hugging her. "I..a-are you serious?" She asked, unsure of his idea. I mean, I would feel a little better, but..

[i'm so sorry...]

tadaki nodded. "serious."

Saumya nodded, slightly flattening her ears. "S-Sure, and thank you.." She said, almost like a whisper, but the room was quiet enough for Tadaki to hear.

[i'm so sorry...]

"but you know, the couch is too small... would you rather sleep on my bed?" tadaki's intentions seemed innocent.

"I-I guess so!" She said a little quickly, just wanting to get out of this awkward conversation.

tadaki smiled cheerily, standing up and holding his hand out. "let's go, then."

This was like all of the romance novels she read from her hometown. Though it wasn't much, they all seemed to have some sort of climax-like, when the two fell in love with each other or something. Saumya shook that thought our of her head. He would never like me! She lifted her tiny hand and grabbed onto his, pulling herself off the couch.
