"Yeah! It was amazing!! The voices were so soft and gentle, yet with a hint of steel to carry their commands. Don't you think? What did you guys wish for??!" I laugh, realising that I'd perfectly remembered the dream for the second time.

Lynn nodded eagerly. "Yes, it was like that!" she said, smiling. "I didn't wish for anything that specific, but I wished for water, that I can use it and maybe help people in some way." she added to answer Paris's question. "I think I can manipulate water now, so.. what's the word.. hydrokinesis. Much easier to say water, though!" The girl laughed a bit.

Hearing Luner fall silent for a moment before speaking again, she asked, "What?" Maybe he'd said it on accident, but why not ask? She wanted to ask him if he'd gotten a wish or not, but she didn't want to ask him, then find out he didn't know what she was talking about. That would be.. awkward, to say the least. If he'd seen her use this ability, he would've said something if he thought it was weird, right? Unless he was just thinking.. She sighed inwardly. 'You're always going off worrying about things..' she thought to herself.

"How did you know I even had the same dream? I never told you about it?" I ask Paris confused, how could the female have known? Despite that, I decided that I would tell her anyways as she was my friend and I trusted her.
"The voice I heard was different from yours... mine were, just whispers, something akin to the wind in the trees yet I understood. It was so... pleasant..." I say with a very soft and mellow smile, "I wished for the power to make people and creatures sleep. I've actually been wanting to test it... you know... to see if it worked..."

By the time my food comes, I have finished the drawing and return the notebook to my pocket. I then thank the waitress and start to eat my bagel and drink my tea. Nothing too fancy, but it would work just fine.
As I munch, a thought crosses my mind, maybe I should get something for the others as well...

"True, but I figured that seeing as I was shouting about it, I might as well find out if you had one like it too! Sleep, huh? Cool! You can try it on me down in the park where it'll be comfier. I wished to remember. Every single thing, no matter how small, and it worked! I can remember every part of my life! Every smell, emotion, sound, sight, texture, taste, anything!" I laugh, amazed.

Eu: I stand up and start walking towards the cafe, perhaps a cupcake will cheer me up. I push over the glass door and am greeted by the friendly ringing of the bell as I enter. I approach the counter and pull out my notbook scribbling the words:

One vanilla cupcake please

I place a five dollar note on the counter. Once served I look around for a seat, all chairs are taken apart from one next to a boy, Aleck is his name. I sit down and start nibbling the well iced cupcake.

I write, I hold the notebook up to Aleck still unsure if he knows about my power or not, he definitely already knows I am mute but if he knows I actually can talk it might surprise him.

A surprised but interested look passed over Lynn's face. "Wow! That's really cool!" she said to both of them. Theirs seemed much more interesting in her opinion, but she knew all of them could have their uses. She guessed she could try out her power soon as well- since they already knew, she could maybe find a water source. Then she got an idea- could she create water? She wasn't sure. 'Guess I'll have to find out.' she thought.

"Thanks Paris, thanks Lynn, yours sound interesting as well." I sate thinking on how my powers would work. Would I just know how to use them if my wish even did come true, or would I have to find out?
Either way, Paris had given me hope that my wish would work out. I had a friend who was in desperate need of this gift.

I smile looking up when a person joins me. It was one of my neighbors and good friends Eu. I look down having known already that she was mute, just as a notebook was pushed towards me.
"Hi Eu, how are you today?" I ask leaning in towards her pulling myself very quickly out of my thoughts.
