Jaai patted Ari's shoulder. "You wouldn't be much use if you were dead." She winked.

[spicy,]

Ari giggled. The forest was still dark with the fog and towering trees. "Wait, how many people made it across the bridge?"

(It took me awhile to write this post so I wrote it before that guards ran away so lets say getting shot happened before they ran after the other kid If that is Ok)
Olivia

She nimbly dodged the arrows that were shot at as she noticed mostly everyone was either crossing or crossed the bridge. She assumed that the rest could get across before the guards got them and she did not know how much longer she would be able to keep this up. She started to fly back over the bridge when one of the crossbow bolts managed to hit her right wing. She let out a small screech of pain as she barely managed to glide herself down on the other side taking a hard landing. She grabbed her bleeding wing as she stood up.

[That's okay!]

"Everyone except Cilan and Mallory, and Mallory is coming now," Rowan told Ari worriedly. "Cilan... I don't know about him." The boy was still getting chased by the guards.

[spicy,]

"I hope he makes it over the bridge somehow." Ari noticed someone fall to the other side of the bridge. The visibility level was low, so she could only make out a silhouette. She thought it was one of the guards til she noticed wings, "Who's that?"

[SunnyJustice]

"That's Olivia from my English class," Cyprian grumbled. "The half dragon girl." It was clear he was a little afraid of her, maybe even from experience. Despite being the tallest here at 6'2", he wasn't fearless.

[Azaline]

"Is she hurt?" Jaai squinted her eyes. "Why isn't she flying? Alright. Funeral service for Cilan and Olivia, then."

Rowan went over to Olivia, concerned. "Here, take my hand," he offered with a soft smile. The girl looked hurt, and this was the kind of thing Rowan was meant for. Healing others, soothing their pain, calming them if they were upset. He was sure Cilan would be fine. He could feel it.

"Dunno," grunted Cyprian. "Anyway, thanks for not kicking me out, guys. I swear I'm no traitor. I just wanted to help, okay?"

[spicy,]

"Half...dragon girl? Is she on our side?"

"She better be," Cyprian grumbled, cracking his knuckles. "Or I'm gonna take her down."
