Finchshade has always felt burdened by the pressure of the Clan's expectation of him. With his parents being the leader and the deputy, most cats expected him to be the 'ideal warrior'. He struggled with the anxiety of disappointing his parents under the expectant gazes of his clanmates. Eventually, Finchshade grew angry and bitter, pushing away his family and friends and lashing out at anyone that tried to connect with him. The only cat he seems to get along with is Kitetuft.
