Rinu - Designed by Grifforik

Rinu hatched on a solitary island with her only viscet company being her single father. Since birth, she has always been extremely curious of everything around her and loved to wander, which provided great stress for her father and he struggled daily to keep her close by and safe. It was no easy feat, particularly for a viscet without any powers to try and handle a half-dragon.
Rinu's powers awoke when she turned one year old, and fear for her grew greater in her father. Where she walked, small puffs of clouds drifted into the sky, and with enough focus she was able to form a small cloud which could hold her weight. Rinu was over joyed with this and often used her clouds at night to tell stories or to help her venture over the water to fish when her dad wasn't looking. While extremely proud of her, Zxunre could not help but worry for his child and what this power meant for her.
As Rinu neared complete adulthood she began to speak with her father about traveling long distances. Each time she was denied or brushed aside, but it only made her more persistent. Finally, when she became an adult she turned to her father and requested a long journey once more. The spoke for the entire night, Rinu providing facts and constantly working to comfort her dad while Zxunre presented the dangers and his concerns. As the sun rose over the sea, Zxunre was left without any further concerns. Rinu's eyes drifted off to the golden reflection on the distant water before returning her gaze to him. "Dad, I will always come home."
Her father looked at her, worry clear in his eyes, and a small, shaky smile appeared on his face. "I know... Stay safe..."
Rinu travels from time to time, walking through the sky on clouds that materialize under each paw. She is keen on meeting new viscets and seeing the things she has never seen before, but she never travels too far into the main land and always runs home before the third sundown. She is very attached to her father and always makes a great effort to be beside him as often as she is able to.
