"His name is starstalker, and he's been taken in by the skywing Aurulent, who is currently atop a mountain of fruits as his reward.
Starstalker has been caught watching others by flying above them, except, much, much higher in the sky. He's been assigned an assassin for Queen Sparrow, and is currently being held under watch by Jasper. Plans for him are unknown.
Aurulent has been suspected to be something else besides he says, but these rumors cannot be confirmed, and is currently still roaming the palace. I'm sure he'll be dealt with properly, eventually."
