XD No its a character that represents you. I like music and animals, so i have the music note on her shoulder (not her but Leigh xD) and a paw print on her tail (forgot that Leigh xD) and then there are the characters that are like your personality. and i have my journey character (i made them take credit and peanuts up your nose X3) and that represents how i act in CS, not real life. Journey: from real life to CS life

You can have a ton of characters but only one fursona which represents you.

When DragonDance doesn't know they have a fursona, I doubt the green animal then is their fursona.

this may sound silly if i ask, im not new around here, but what is a fursona? is it like signiture or something?

A fursona is your special animal/shapeshifter that you use a lot(more than any other charries) is roleplays, stories, or comics, and well, it's kind of like they represent you. Like, if you have a friend that draws a comic with your sona in it, then you know that you are your fursone in the comic.........My really confoozing answer LOL

Fursonas are the animal/or person that represents you whether it is real or fake, Basically. You can use it in all different places and even have people do fanart of it! EX: Sorren Fey's is That Cat in his/her signature and avvie.
