When draw, I usually have it zoomed in a decent amount- so they always turn out smaller than intended... well Ellie is pretty much annoyed through out this page, haha. Comments are welcomed and loved! Enjoy~ <33
Page Fifteen:
"How are you even here? How do you know where I live? What do you want? Can you pleeeease leave? I would really like that..." I complain quickly jamming the door-transit to my room so no one can come in (a trick I learned when I was younger).
"Well-" Sam begins, sitting up and swinging his legs over the side of my bed. he reaches for and picks something up off my desk. he puts his weight on a hand perched on his leg- grinning wildly.
"DONT TOUCH THINGS!" I squeal, turning from the settings-pallet on my wall (used to change the settings of my room, I was turning on the mute for my room so no one hears us) and swipe the object from his hand. "You could leave finger prints and that WONT end well." I shuffle across the room and drop the object into the trash burner, thankful that what Sam had touched had no value to me.
"How'd you get in here anyway?" I turn to face him, steaming with anger and annoyance.
He shoves a thumb over his shoulder, pointing out the obvious, "Window. You really should lock that at night." he pauses, "Then again, I could have just hacked it." he grins even wider.
"Stupid window..." I mumble to myself. "Oh well! You need to leave okay? if you get caught here, we'll all be in trouble."
"Yeah, I was planning on leaving soon anyway."
"Good." I sigh in relief, but the same feeling I had from before (when my chest had clenched up when I hadn't seen Sam under she shelf after I had rolled out in surrender).
"Yeah, it is good." he stands up slowly and strides towards me, I stride back till I hit the wall with a soft thud.
"Yeah... I guess it is..." I search for an expression on his face that would explain what is going through his mind. but all I see is that wild grin and blank eyes.
"Do you know why its great?" he draws on closer and takes my hands.
I slide my hands out of his and press them against the cool wall behind me, "Err, cause I wont have to deal with you and get stuck in some lab again to be questioned?"
"What?" he looks shocked, and he blinks in surprise.
I take that moment to slide away from the wall and over to my bed, and on it lies my travel-case stuffed with a few of my clothes. Sam scuffs across the floor swiftly and whips me around by the shoulders, "When were you questioned? And you were in a lab? Did they experiment on you?" he looks genuinely concerned.
I shrug his hands off my shoulders, "Doesn't matter. what is this for?" I gesture at the case on my bed.
"Oh that." his eyes fog up a little, and there is a slight blue tint to them. Does he have eye-screens? I wonder.
After a long silence, I question him again, "Well?"
He grins again, "Your coming with me."
