I haven't decided on what to do about characters yet. All I know is that I'll have to message those who have an unnaturally colored character in the comic, because I would like the cats to be more natural. Those who are "on deck" to have a character in the comic may have to re-apply, too, because I would like to have people's characters who are going to be active watchers. And as I've been typing this message I've realized that yes, I will most likely reopen character submissions. It won't be quite like last time though. :3
