hello!! so i was thinking about when i first started digital art and how rocky it was.
i really needed that supportive art friend to help me out on my journey, but sadly didn't have any.
my goal with this doodle series is to help even just one person with a tip that i've collected from my art travels.
artists of all sorts are welcome here! stick figures to realism paintings, i'll be here to try to help you if you need it.

and now, feel free to ask away! i'll be responding to questions and drawing art tips in this series.

Ooo this is so nice and I love this idea!

My question is on figuring out anatomy and your style. I know it just takes time and practice, but do you have any tips along the way to make it easier/smoother/more efficient?

Hi I’m here and I have every single question about art ever but I’ll stick to a big one I’ve started to think about!!! Shading (and also the lighter aspects I am having a brain fart on the word for that alsmsodkdkd),,,, how do you do that??! I understand the concept of choosing where the light source comes from, but I feel like when I add shading it never looks right. I guess what’s the best way to go about choosing a color/tool for shading and how large of a section to shade in???

1. Is there a way to resize certain layers on oekaki? Like if we drew something larger so it could be more detailed and then shrink it down for it to work with the art piece??? 2. If there a way to match colors?? When I was doing the art of Dutch I panicked bc I didn’t know how to get the colors to match up perfectly so I just tried really really hard to match them on my own

How do you come up with ideas for designs ? Or draw ideas from moodboards/picture inspirations ?
It's hard for me personally to come up with designs and patterns and such for characters ;;

Hi! I just had one question, how do you find motivation to create art. I’m really picky with my art, so if I don’t like it, I won’t send it, which means it takes a long time and it feels like I have to be in a “mood”
