the lesson of the moth by don marquis

just another thing for a class, like the shoe i designed. this was due like two months ago i want to say, and yeah i know that's not good. my teacher said i could turn it in whenever when it was first assigned to me and on friday he said he needed it by monday or i was getting a zero. maybe i shouldn't have forgotten about it

the timer is absolutely right, and it really shouldn't have taken me that long to draw, a moth, a cockroach, two lightbulbs, a candle, and a lighter but i've never drawn any of those. i wanted to add more detail but i got really tired. despite it being really bad, it was a good excerise to get me out of my comfort zone.

the assignment was based on the poem the lesson of the moth by don marquis and we had to make a comic strip of it. it's told from the perspective of a cockroach named andy.
