Why do most furries have clothes when most furries really dont? (its confusing me)

one reason some people put clothes on "furries" is because it makes them look better and more civilized.
Ezo is a maif'wa so she is part human part cat and it looks better. if she didn't have clothes on well.... as i said she's part human
anyways another reason is because of backstory. Others put clothes on them because they're furries in disguise!
