Stormcloud fought his instinct to go out and attack the cats. But he knew better than to, and fought it. He silently slunk through the undergrowth and followed them until they were leaving the territory. He didn't want to et them know he was there. For if he attacked them, they could come back and seek revenge. But if they came in again, he would attack. He quickly whisked back to camp, to tell Sunstar of his findings. The black and white tom could tell they could be strong, so it would not be wise to attack them alone, especially the red tom. When he got back to camp, he brushed by the kits, paying them no attention. He leapt up the highrock and stood outside Sandstar's den. "May I come in?" he mewed deeply.

Smokekit and Featherkit saw Foxkit and Soulkit,they knew they were playing hide-and-go-seek.''Can we play?'' Smokekit asked exitedly,Featherkit trailing behind.''Please?'' she asked,looking at Foxkit hopefully.''Are you already finding?oh,and 18 comes after seventeen.'' she purred at Foxkit

Fire raised his head again and glanced behind him, catching the wiff of another cat. He growled and unsheathed his claws. He lunged at a clump of ferns, only to find nobody was there. But it was drenched in cat scent, obviously a tom. He remained there for a moment before padding away. "I'm pretty sure we passed their scent markers."

Sand was still staring at the clump of ferns. "I'd like to meet them.." She admitted softly. "I've always wanted to find out if our mother's stories about the 'Clan' was really real."

Fire shook his head fiercly. "No, Sand. We can't risk getting hurt for the sake of your curiousity." Fire knew that he would be safe, but he was secretly worried about Sand.

Sand lashed out her tail. "Well, it's not like you have to come with me!" She scoffed. "I'm going, wether you come or not." She said firmly.

Fire remained silent for a long moment. "Fine.." He muttered. "Theres no way I can stop you, and not even a herd of foxes could stop me from coming with you."

Sand smiled triumphantly. "I knew you would agree." She purred as she padded back the way she came, her ears pricked for any sign of danger, or better, cats.

frostfire lowered her gaze watching them from a tree. She blinked and dropped down gracefully nearly in front of them and she mewed "What are you doing on sunclan territory? " her voice was calm and had no sign of anger but it had some warning in it her tail swishing back and forth

Sunstaar looked up from the mouse and mewed "You may"

Foxkit looked over at smokekit and featherkit and mewed "Sorry the game is already In progress "

Fire stepped forward so he was slightly in front of Sand. "Just exploring." He replied stiffly. To his suprise, Sand stepped in front of him.

"We were trying to learn more about the wild cats." She stated.

"Your curiosity could make you lose an ear, your lucky you ran into me because I bet any other cat in the clan wouldn't hesitate to attack you loners " she mewed fur flattening not seeing any threat in the loners. She licked the back of her paw and ran it over her ear then looked up at them and went on " Do you truly wanna hear about wild cats it wouldn't be much for you live of the land like us"

Fire opened his jaws to reply, but Sand beat him to it.

"How are else are cats supposed to learn if they do not seek things they wish to know?" Sand challenged softly. "We may live in the wild, but we steer clear of any danger that we can truly avoid." She said quietly, then added, "If challenges do come, though, we wouldn't flee."

"If you try to avoid problems your doing a bad job because your in a territory you barley now nothing of and i could kill you both in one fell swoop" she shot at her challanging words tail twitching and she narrowed her eyes then said "Our life is none of your business." she turned around and padded away "I would get out before I change my mind about letting you go" (sorry she is angry at the moment lol )

Sand slid forward gracefully, despite her brother's protests. She placed herself firmly in front of Frostfire. "It could be my business." She stated calmly. Her green eyes were blazing with curiosity. "You obviously don't want us to stay, otherwise you would of had us escorted to the border." She added.
