As the sun rose up as other cats had woken, Silverfur began to wake up too. She quickly licked her paw after a few stretches, and began to get ready for another day in her risky clan life. She padded over to Falconpaw and Lilypaw. "Good morning, Falconpaw, Lilypaw," she purred gently.

Watching Sunrise. Lonely.

PetalFlight watched the sun rising. It was common for her to sit on the large rock bordering the Warrior Den and High Rock, just to watch the sun rise. Except the rock was visible from the camp, yet quite far away. She always felt a bit empty i nthe mornings. She knew the Clan had more important things than worry about her worthless thoughts and feelings. She was a warrior. She needed to understand you didn't just make friends. You fought. You hunted. You guarded. It wasn't a easy life. She sighed, yawning and blinking her bright, golden amber eyes. They danced like fumes of fire against the dawn sun. She sighed and jerked her head to the dens to hear cats awakening. She looked back towards the rising sun.

Awakening. Happily content.

He purred and rised his head to his mentor. "Sure am. I heard we were low on burdock root, and I saw a Burdock Tree by the lake!" he mewed quickly. Then he gave a nod to LilyPaw, to show he had heard her reply.

Lilypaw turned to Falconpaw and smiled back at him. "Good morning. And I guess. How about you?" She asked, flicking one of her ears, her fluffy tail wrapped around her paws.

"I'm good, thank you! How is your training going, then?" Falconpaw asked, grinning. He turned to Silverfur and nodded, "Good morning, Silverfur." He said.

Ivysong saw her apprentice walking out of camp, "Oh, Owlpaw, we are low on Marigold, can you fetch that, too?" She called.

"Oh, I caught a fish yesterday, it was pretty herd, but I finally caught my first fish!" Falconpaw said, grinning happily.

"That's great!" she giggled at the young apprentice. Then, she heared her name called by the deputy. She padded over. "Hello Petalflight, good morning," she purred welcomingly. "Were you picked for a border patrol? I heard him say you, me and an apprentice," she meowed.

Attacked. Unconsious.

Giving a nod and shaking his fluffy pelt, he walked away. He skidded to a halt by the tree. Therer it was. The roots sticking out. But a tunnel... "A little looking can't do any harm?" he said, almost questioningly. He put his ehad in, and emerged yowling.
Several large badgers had emerged, making a hissing noise at OwlPaw, and driving him into the deep lake. OwlPaw hissed back, but his hiss was weak with shock, and his eyes had gone pale from the amazing thing that just happened. "K-K-eep... B-Back..." he stuttered, as the badgers drove him into the lake. He took a gulp as he watched one of the badgers head for him. He had to fight or die. He had no choice.
OwlPaw swiftly dived up, landingo n the badger and sinking his small razors into his neck, listening to it's angered hissing. He got tossed far into a tree with a giant BANG, and then got up again. A strange pain thundered in his back right paw and front right paw. He lifted it to look. But he couldn't. He wasn't in controll of them anymore. They were broken. With several spits of pain mixed with anger, he used his two paws to gallop forward and dive at the badger, but the other six headed forward. OwlPaw tried his best to fend them off, but one grabbed his neck and threw him into the water, and OwlPaw stayed there. Unconcious. The water around had gone red. Two of his paws were twisted. His ear ripepd. Pelt torn and bleeding. The Badgers ehaded abck down their hole.

Too soon for drama? XD

PetalFlight spun around, blinking the fire in her amber eyes. "Yes SwiftBreeze. Oh, goodmorning." she turned to SilverFur. When a yowl hit her ears, she turned to the lake. "That soudned like OwlPaw." she mewed.

[Yep. lol. Couldnt resist some big thing happening to OwlPaw. I was thinking eagle in the tree, but a bit too dramatic. He would get taken away and eaten and blah blah a bit too crazy. x3]

PetalFlight jumped and, swiftly, skidded to a halt next to SwiftBreeze. "To the medicine cat apprenatce, too!" she gasped. "Lucky." she added sarcasticly. She layed down next to him. "He tought me some stuff when we were good friends." shge said, smiling. "We were both loners at the point. Got along well." she explained. "He was a kit and I was a apprentace." She began exampining the rips and cuts. "We need to get fresh water on the wounds."

Healing. Thoughtfull.

PetalFlight couldn't help but smile. "Thankyou." she purred, squeezing it on OwlPaw's wounds to cleanse them. Then she got some Heatherflower and Oak Root, mixing them into a paste. She put it on the wounds, then covered them with cobwebs. "Disinfect them untill we get to the Medicine Cat." she explained quickly. Then she got some dark red berries. "Deathberries. The darkish red are safe, the black are deadly." she said, eyeing the bush. After finding three dark red ones, she put honey o nthem to sweeten the horrible taste and put them on the grass, Then she but burdock root on OwlPaw's throat to make him cough the water up and awaken him from unconsiousness. When OwlPaw awoke, she fed him the berries.

Waking up from attack. Frightened.

He lent up, coughing. After eating the berries, he licked the honey off his paws. "B-Badger... B-Blood... P-paws... Numb..." he got up and collapsed ontop of his broken paws.

PetalFlight quickly lifted OwlPaw by his scruff. She cleaned the kit, then held him by his scruff. "Carefull OwlPaw... Where did those badgers actually go?" she said, going quieter at the question. She looked at Swiftbreeze, running his question over and over again in her mind. "I'm not sure myself. It is more common for eagles around here." she explained quickly, looking down to hew grip on OwlPaw.

He gave a soft mew as he was picked up, but then dropped limp after struggling. "The Burdock Tree." he mewed quietly, genturing his tail towards the tree with the hole under it, then dropping loose again.
