The Queen's cats ~ New and exiting!

Karou walked over and silently took a sip of the warm milk before continuing down the hall. She was making her way to her favorite room in the palace, the room of Sergeant Marrok of the Queen’s Royal Guard. She loved going into his study and looking at all of his maps. While they didn’t always make sense to her, for the most part she could read them. Plus Sgt. Marrok would take her out for patrols and sometimes even missions.

Sequoia padded over to Kiara.

[Empyreal Queen]

Sky finished and went to go have an after meal wash. She went to a nearby balcony and sprawled on the conveniently placed cat bed. She groomed her fur until it gleamed and then fell asleep, basking in the early morning sun.

"In the alley, next to the palace, there is a black cat named Naeul, find him" Sequoia mewed. "Of course my lady." Kiara dipped her head

Cricket had finally made her way down to the common area, where all the cats received food. Her beautiful blue eyes were clouded as a sign of her sleepless night. Her shoulders were hunched over as she nodded her head towards the Top Cat.

Pip was close behind Cricket, flashing a small grin to everyone. He found his bowl full of food and sat down leisurely. He ran his tongue across his maw, taking in a deep breath.

Leaf opened her blue eyes. "It's so bright..." She muttered, rolling over. She yawned, got up, and stretched lazily. "Wait..." She got up and stared at the golden sunlight of dawn streaming in through the windows. I'm late. Again. She thought as she padded over to the door. She ran down the hall to the common area and sat down, grooming her pale ginger fur as she waited patiently for food to come.

Richard hid in a corner. "P-p-petal..." He stammered. "T-that's n-not safe, t-t-to b-be playing so r-r-roughly..." He was worried that the young sprout would fall off something and crush him. He was worried that she would hurt herself. In fact, he was always worried about something...

Shylock~

Shylock got up lazily, groomed his fur, then hopped out of his bed lightly. He padded down the hall to the kitchen (Or wherever they eat breakfast) and tucked into his small bowl of food. It was good, and the portion was just right for a cat his size. He finished slowly, then swiped his tongue over his jaws.

Gemma~

Gemma hurried to the kitchen area, annoyed at herself for being late. She ran into Shylock, and muttered a quick hello before continuing on to the kitchen. She quickly wolfed down her food, ignoring the flavor. After she was finished Gemma looked around a bit for Kiara before finding her. "So, what's our job for today?" she meowed.

((Nah, I'll just have a random name, I'll roleplay them for about 5 minutes, and then have them killed. Anyone wanna be the murderer?))
Petal hopped down, landing next to Richard. "Nonsense!" She mewed

"Black cat in the alley next to here. We should probably go." Kiara answered, her ntail twitching with anticipation.

Sequoia watched Petal and Richard, amused.

Leaf watched happily as food was dumped into her small bowl. Purring, she bent down to eat. The food smelled wonderful, better than even the food of the Queen herself. That was Leaf's opinion. Savouring the last bite, she finished the entire bowl of food. She ran off to join the other Cabinets.
.:Richard:.
"Yeah!" Richard retaliated -- and quickly realized that that was kinda awkward and dumb. Oh, great. You fail, Richard. He told himself. "Er, I m-m-mean you actually c-could g-get hurt..." But that sounded kinda dumb too... Oh, Richard! He thought. Why do you mess up so much, especially in front of females? For some reason, he suddenly remembered that night when that dead cat had been found... It still scared him.

Shylock hurried after Leaf, but waited for a minute or two before meeting up with the other cabinets. He felt annoyed today, and felt like being late to the meeting.

Gemma~

Gemma let out a big yawn, then grinned. "Yep. Let's get moving." she agreed, then started to leave the room.
