Oakclaw's ears flopped down because of his father.
Snowwhisper nodded. "Yep." she meowed.

Echostorm ducked her head in embarassment, quickly springing to her feet. "Yeah, I'm fine." She mumbled softly, silently cursing her own clumsiness. "I just... I had... have I mentioned that hunting just isn't my thing?" She asked, not meeting his eyes.

"Well I guess you might as well come hunting with us, anther cat could never hurt", she replied.

"Ok." he said with his ears still flopped down.
Snowwhisper smiled.

Snowpool

The tom chuckled at her and nodded. Snowpool wasn't a good hunter either, to be honest.
"Yeah. You have," he smiled and laughed.

Owlfeather

He agreed with Nightfur, purring.
"Yes. That's true. They say you are one of the best hunters in the clan, right?" he muttered and looked at Oakclaw cheerfully.

"Yeah." he meowed. "I get it from my father."
Snowwhisper looked at her brother.

"Lets go then, we're wasting daylight and haven't got a trace of anything yet!" she mewed.

The tom nodded and headed off with his other three cats. They headed deeper until he stopped.
"I smell a rabbit," he whispered and looked around, cautiously.

Oakclaw sniffed. "I do too." he whispered.

"Yes, defiantly rabbit. Who wants to go after it?" she whispered.
