The black tom kit struggled after Nightkit, bounding away from the Nursary and entered the leader's den. He smiled at its largeness. Shadowkit then was scared as his mother, Featherpool, came in too. She must of seen them!
"Shadowkit! Nightkit! I to- Oh, Crowstar! Sorry to bother you," she muttered and watched the leader.

Crowstar

The black tom opened his eyes in shock as he heard the kits and the queen. Crowstar slowly turned and looked at the kits in turn and sighed.
"Nightkit, Shadowkit. You still have a moon left of being a kit. It is against the warrior code to let you be apprentices any earlier," he mumbled in reply.

"Mouse dung!"Nightkit cursed then walked back to the nursrey.

He bowed his head to Crowstar, thanking him for the time and quickly darted out of the den with Featherpool. Shadowkit caught up with Nightkit.
"You should be more respectful to your own leader," he muttered to her.
