(Oh, when it comes to the deputy business, I was thinking. If you look in the warrior code, it says that a deputy should be chosen by moonhigh after the former deputy's death/retirement. There is no former deputy, and the only option at the time would be Frosttail, as the other warriors are mine, except Bloodclaw, who just joined. Maybe we should wait a while?)

Cloverpaw scampered out from under him and turned to face him, laughing at his joke. "so, should we learn something else or go hunting before we go back to camp?" she asked, looking around.

(Is he? He's just playful, I thought. That's just how he is. :3 But he is supposed to be kinda cute. XD)

Thronpath shook his head. "No more battle training for today. We can hunt, though." He smiled, sniffing the air.

Lostpaw nodded, his tiny stub of a tail twitching. "Let's go!" He purred.

Cloverpaw smiled and went off into the woods in a different direction. She had smelled a robin earlier and was determined to get it. Soon she had found it's trail again and was stalking it. When she was almost there, the bird heard her and took off. Not wanting to let her prey get away she launched herself into the air and caught the bird with her front paws, landing with a thud on her side. Well I caught my bird she thought, getting up and wincing as pain shot through her hind leg "but a wrenched my leg... Not a good idea"

Maplepaw trudged into camp, her fur wet with her blood and a gash that reached from her throat to her tail. Before she reached the medicine den she collapsed.

Thornpath padded over to Cloverpaw, Lostpaw following. "Are you okay?" Thornpath asked softly, flicking his tail.

Silentwing followed after his apprentice, tired and panting, but otherwise mostly unharmed.

"oh!" Cloverpaw exclaimed, whipping around to face her master "yes, I'm fine" she mewed, placing her foot on the ground firmly. She walked forward, trying but unable to hide her limp. Though she was able to hide how much it hurt. Never doing that again... Never ever again. she thought "let's continue hunting, I'm fine."

Thornpath sighed, watching after her but staying put.

"Maybe we should head back, Cloverpaw." Lostpaw mewed quietly.

Cloverpaw sighed, looking down at her feet. Her ears drooped down a bit "yeah, your right..." she mewed, lifting her injured leg up off the ground "but you guys can keep hunting, I can just go back on my own. I don't want to be the reason you couldn't hunt much..."
