BlizzardFrost shook her head.She had gotten enough sleep but was in no hurry to push her appertince to move today.The snow was still falling pretty much at a even pace so she still looked like she was a star clan cat barely seen through the storm except for her eyes as she stepped close to DashStar."Sure thing.After all we never know what could happen."She mewed not borthing to flick the snow off her BlizzardFrost waited for him to pick which way to go.

Laughing happily BlizzardFrost followed dashstar to the forestclan boarder.Her paws sinking lightly in the snow as she raced after her leader.Letting the cold air smack into her face the she cat smirked as she slowly caught up to him.Her legs eatting up the ground as the slick hills made it harder to stop.

Dashstar skidded to a halt right next to the border. ''Whew, I thought I was going to go over then.'' He mewed with a sigh of relief. He turned round to see Blizzardfrost and he smiled at her. He turned back round and remarked the scent markers. ''Right hunting next.'' He mewed as he faced Blizzardfrost. He dashed into the forest again and then stopped to sniff the air. ''We'll meet back here just before sundown.'' He mewed to Blizzardfrost before he dashed into some brambles after picking up the scent of a vole.

She smiled, "I thought that was what you would want to hear about. " Her eyes glittered, and she began. "It was a full moon that night, and I was just into my apprentice ship. My mentor had been the famed Rosepetal, and she had always gone to the gathering. I had never been, and she was always so busy doing one thing or another the day before that I didn’t have a chance to ask her what to do. When we arrived at the Gathering site, the moon had already been partially covered by the clouds. Several of the cats became increasingly nervous about the slight darkness, and we huddled close together."

Dashstar laughed slightly and then called back, ''Yeah I know.'' He found the vole and stopped running. He dropped down into a crouch and got ready to pounce. He unsheathed his claws and stretched them.He snuck up quietly behind the vole and then when he was close enough he pounced and trapped the vole between his claws. With a quick bite to the throat the vole was dead. He covered it up and then sheathed his claws and sniffed the air for another scent. This time he found the scent of a mouse and he went towards the scent. He crept up behind the mouse and put one paw over the mouse and trapped it, needing not to pounce or crouch. He unsheathed his claws and the mouse was dead. ''The Clan will be well fed tonight.'' He mewed quietly. He picked up the mouse and went back to when he put the vole and he dug it back up before he picked it up in his jaws. He went back to where he was to meet Blizzardfrost and he waited for her to return.

Smiling Hawkfire walked over to his nest an carefully layed down next to him an placed her head on his chest with a grin.The rest of her drapped next to him.Her thick coat keeping the snow from really chilling her."Are you really happy?"She asked smiling her ever green eyes showing she was compleltly happy with him.

AshFall opened her eyes as she looked down at the two appertinces."Lets go track the prey back to their nest."She mewed getting to her paws an shaking the snow free from her pelt.Carefully she jogged ahead of the two appertince an through the enterance into the snow covered forest.Her tail flicking a branch aside for the younger cat to go through.

He had to agree with Waterpaw as the ice cold snow drifted into his pelt.After allTalonpaw had just gotten free of his warm nest.Grumbling about leaf bare very softy, the tom followed the tail of waterpaw with a renewed grin as he picked up his pace to walk beside her."So what do you think is going to poke it nose out to get caught for a meal for us?"He asked playfully.

"Alright," Waterpaw said gladly to her mentor. "I dunno, anything we sense, I guess," she meowed back to Talonpaw with a small smile. She perked her ears and sniffed, smelling to air for any prey that was out. Nothing. She continued to walk, stepping on frozen undergrowth that cracked when she stepped on it.

Goldensplash sighed. "Almost there." She looked around for clumps of herbs. The medicine cat stopped to sniff around, her nose pressed to the snow. She started to dig at the ground, and she purred with satisfaction "Here's a bit of feverfew, but it's rather damp," she said, holding up the herb with one claw. She sniffed it again and shrugged. "We can let it dry.
