I understand how confusing it must be for you..."

She wanted her kittens to be accepted the way they were, and not shunned because of their small tails like she was.

She gave Mintkit a gentle sideways smile.

"I know how long that seems, but it won't be long. Since you two toms are older than them, you will have to be nice and show them how fun it is to be a Braveclan kit"

She smiled gently, hoping that the two kittens would be ok with the arrival of her own kittens.

mintkit smiled "i like your tail will they have tails wike you ?" he asked

firekit looked at mintkit and tackled him playfully

"You like my tail?" she glanced at her tan and black bobtail then back at Mintkit, "yes they will. I as their mother have a very short bobtail, and their father Owlmud has a bobtail too but is slightly longer than mine. These kits will be born with very short tails, just like Owlmud and I,"

She had never really spoken to Mintkit before, since he was very young and very shy when he came to Braveclan initially. She liked him alot; he was quirky and eager to learn and know things.

"I learned that having a bobtail wasn't so bad; the older cats who were kittens at the same time as I couldn;t tag my tail or play tug-of-war with it since it was so short," she laughed at the memory.

mintkit shrugged "well like it its difrent difrent is good" he chimed pushing firekit of him playfully

firekit ran up a tree not to far away he loved to climb

mintkit looked at firekit mintkit couldent climb yet

firekit laughed and climbed down

"Don't fret," Duskstar said to Mintkit, "soon you will have enough strength to be able to climb without the fear of falling,"

She smiled at him, hoping she could reassure him.
