Edwin yawned after he finished his meal and walked to the near by river to drink. On his way there he got the scent of other wolves around there but he ignored them.

Nightpaws flashed an apologetic grin at the new wolf before turning to Silver and whispering, "Don't worry about her, I'll keep her in place. She won't harm Shadow with me watching."

Tikaani woke with a start, insides feeling less like a bear had mauled them and more like a rabid fox. He looked around groggily. "Nightpaws?" he called out weakly.

Silver nodded to Nightpaws, "I'm still not taking any chances, though." he whispered back to her.

Dalilah looked over her shoulder at Hunter and smiled, "Come on slow poke." she chuckled.

Hunter smirk and put a skip in his step making his walking quicker, "slow down fast poke" he smile looking at her.

Dalilah chuckled and slowed down just a bit. "So..." she murmured. "How long are you planning on staying a loner?" she asked.

Hunter looked at her than at his paw again "untill they want me back home" he sighed, she was the first wolf to find out he wasn't a wild wolf but only a pet for a child in the town but he two years away for freedom.

Dalilah gave him a confused look. "What?" she asked.

"i'm not a wild wolf but only a pet for a child in the town but i have two years away for freedom." he sighed and watched her before sitting down and showing her the 'band' around his paw "it has a chip so they know where i am at all times and everything" he waited for her to run away calling him a freak.

Dalilah stared at the band on his paw, then looked up into his eyes. "Th-they can't take you! I won't let them!" she growled.
