Shadow nodded, "up ahead" she said helping carry the elk. They weren't far from the camp and soon arrived as it wasn't far. Shadow lowered her head to gently set the elk down and took her fill.
Shadow glanced up after finishing her fill hearing Nightpaws voice not to far away. Shadow noticed her and stepped towards her then turned to face her, "go ahead" she said.

Minda ate her share and went to lay down to clean herself.

Nightpaws started: "I have never felt this way before about a male and to see him look at you like that, it was heartbreaking. I couldn't stand it. And when he ignored me, I was shocked. Where I come from, all the males were competeing over me. They would hang onto my every word. But I never liked any of them. So I left, and came here. And I found Tikaani. I am genuinely in love with him."

Shadow kept her gaze on Nightpaws, after thinking for a long while she glanced at her. "if thats the case, go for it" Shadow said smiling. "I think, if he gets to know you more, he'll see how cool you are" she replied thinking.

Nightpaws was expecting this answer and said,"You don't get it, do you? He loves you. I love him. He couldn't care less about me. How is that gonna work out?"

now that she has finished i can go eat.no im going to wait till all the females have gotten their fill. they need it more than i do.
kody walked a few paces away and layed down to wait
