((Found some time to reply. o u o Heehee~ Thanatos is getting super talkative right now..))

When the daeet of Wind began talking back, Thanatos lost his patience, and showed his teeth as he walked up to Blossom, growling.
"Are you by any chance a complete retard? A fool? A dim-wit?! The enemies are looking for you: You control the Wind, for crying out loud! They want to use you to destroy the world. They want you to fight, so they can feel safe again. So they can continue killing innocent-" Thanatos said, cutting himself off at the end.
He then sighed, and turned away from both daeets, "it's your choice. I won't force you to fight if you decide to join me. I have enough soldiers, and more are to come. This is a fight to protect the innocent. Not to make them fight. Unlike the others. If you choose to join me, then follow me. You can change your opinion later, you won't be bound to your decision," the daeet added, refusing to look at any of the two females as he spoke. He had said too much already. Given out too much information. They could already be fighting on the other side. What if they had surrounded him?

This could have been planned. They had planned to kill him - tried to fool him. As these thoughts ran through his head, he became... Painfully aware of his surroundings. Every sound, every single detail on the field. Thanatos looked around, just waiting for some daeets to jump out - in order to capture him. He shook off the paranoid feelings - he honestly didn't have time to worry about such things.

The black daeet turned back to the females, watching them. Reading their facial expressions, before asking: "what is your decision? Are you coming with me, or do you wish to stay here?"

[Tangerine Scream]

"No worries..." Minnow said, nudging her friend with her muzzle. "I see the storm breaking up already..." Much like the weather's pattern, Minnows heart was not so dark. Her tail twitched as a humorous smile came on her lips, "That would be quite fun!" She agreed, smiling.

Breeze gently stirred the thick tan fur upon the haunches of the male Daeet as he wondered through thickly packed trees, his tail swishing lightly against his legs, his ears forwards as he listened out for others of his kind. Dito had wondered for a long time without seeing anyone, mostly his own choice, but was starting to wonder if it wasn't time to join up with familiar creatures again. Shaking his rump he bounded off a small hillock and ran for a moment through the thick underbrush, his long easy stride taking him forwards with little effort.
He wondered absently how much longer he would have to run before encountering someone else.

I don't need to hid behind you, I can make my own light

The large, thick-furred male Daeet stood alone, head bowed to the earth, eyes closed, along with his mouth, as usual. He was in the in the camp of the Faithful. A slight movement of wind caused his large, peirced ears to twitch, and his mouth to be drawn down. One eye snapped open and he looked around. Spotting another male, Frost, he opened his other eye, and walked over, coming to a stop infront of the Daeet. "Hullo Frost." he rumbled softly, his deep voice resonating around him and battering his ears.

OOC: Just accepted, so this isn't the most interesting post. I have to go to Target now and buy something, my mom won't tell me what she wants. Guess I'll find out.

Daeet of Ice

Frost's ears perked up when he heard a voice call his name. Turning curiously to see who it was he found himself almost nose to nose with an antlered male. Frost had heard tell of these "Reindaeets" strange creatures that looked exactly the same as any other Daeet, but for the fact that males had strange antlers. He couldn't help but stare a little at the strange sight. However Frost quickly recovered and gained his manners. Clearing his throat slightly the big blue male dipped his head politely to the Reindaeet. "Good morning....Dancer was it? I'm afraid I only recently arrived here in the East faction and I'm still learning names." he rumbled quietly. There was something odd and even unnerving about the strange looking Daeet in front of him. It wasn't that he was racist in any way..it was just strange for him. However Frost tended to get used to things rather quickly, and he was already getting used to the antlered Daeet in front of him. Shifting position so he was a little more comfortable Frost eyed Dancer and began to slowly speak. "Tell me, whats your take on these "Chosen", I find it hard to believe they exist. What are your thoughts? You must believe in them, since otherwise you wouldn't be one of the Faithful but....WHAT exactly do you believe?" he mused thoughtfully, the subject was highly interesting to him, and he wanted to get some more opinions before he made a decision on what he thought about it all himself.

Xerxes
Captain of the Faithful

Xerxes felt a small twinkle of happiness spark within him as Illumina bounded gracefully over to him and playfully tickled his face with her sash. He would have to grudgingly thank Frost later for excusing himself and making himself scarce. For now though, the large male Daeet just wanted to enjoy the company of this beautiful female. When she teasingly accused him of being grumpy he rumbled in disagreement, but before he could speak....she brought up that wretched Frost again. Sighing inwardly Xerxes wondered what it was about the blue male that had Illumina so entranced with him. Wasn't it enough that she had talked to him earlier? Now she suddenly needed to bring him into THEIR conversation? Resigning himself to not saying anything ungentlemanly around her, no matter how much he wanted to, Xerxes listened to her speak. “How do you think Frost imagines that there is not a group of daeets who can help us in the war? The Chosen cannot just be a myth to amuse our young… Can it, Xerxes?” seeing that she was clearly getting upset about this Xerxes cursed Frost inwardly again and then leaned down so that his head was level with hers. Gently brushing his muzzle against the side of her head he waited until he was certain he had her attention. Then, in a gentle tone he spoke, his voice low and rumbly. Soothing in its deep timbre. "Illumina, of course it isn't just some story. Do you honestly think that this many Daeet's would willing put themselves into danger if this was just a myth? The founders of the Faithful were there when the Chosen last appeared. This is based on FACT, not FICTION. And if Frost chooses to be skeptical...well, its his loss. Don't let his words upset you alright?" grudgingly he forced himself to move his head away from her, despite his feelings towards her he wouldn't dream of pushing her into anything. And, on the extremely low chance that she ever felt something towards him, he couldn't bear it if those feelings were not genuine, but based on some sort of mistaken sense of duty. Shaking his thick fur to rid himself of his unrealistic hope and desires, Xerxes nodded back to Illumina. "Now, what do you say to going and grabbing something to eat? Everything always seems better with a full belly right?" he murmured, starting towards the meal-place of the Faithful with determination in his step.

Follower of Thanatos

Miri flattened her ears in offense at the tone Blossom took with her. However Thanatos's words made her bite her tongue and not say anything else. Quietly she debated her options, honestly she would travel with Thanatos without second thought if not for the fact that it might mean spending more time with this irritating female, Blossom. Still, Miri wasn't about to let a chance to travel with such a handsome Daeet pass her by. Sidling up to him she brushed along his fur and flicked him gently with her sash. "Well, how could I let a chance to travel with such a mighty Daeet pass me by? I'd be foolish to let such an opportunity slip me by. So, you can be certain that I'll accompany you on your journey....but don't you DARE call me an underling. I am NO ONES underling. So long as we are in agreement on that I look forward to traveling with you." she said primly, her voice purring out melodically as she batted her eyes at the handsome male. Though she didn't want to admit it her heart was alight with excitement, she had never imagined that she of all Daeet's would be one who had a thirst for adventure, but it appeared that she did. And more than that, she was going to travel with the Dark One himself! If only Frost could see me now... she thought with a wistful sigh, but a slight frown suddenly slipped onto her face, no doubt her brother would disapprove, even though he was younger than her he thought he knew everything. She sniffed slightly in disgust, Well he's wrong. Thanatos wants the best for Mackthor, not the worst! He must have been mistaken, and I won't listen to him. Not this time. stamping her hoof slightly she turned back to Thanatos, sash weaving gracefully around her and waited for him to speak. Ignoring Blossom completely.

Dancer shrugged, causing his long, thick fur to ripple around his shoulders. "I believe that they aren't Gods, as some do, but regular Daeets who's veils have been lifted. I say this because a Daeet has a veil over his or her face, confining them to their everyday life, and normality." The large male paused, chosing his next words carefully. Religion was, and would always be, a touchy subject. "I think that the Chosen, by some mirical, have lifted their veil and can see the world clearly. That is why they have powers." He concluded slowly, hoping he hadn't offended Frost. "That is what I believe, but there are others who would dissagree. I do not give a care if they do or not."

Wings fluttering tentatively on the arriving, delicate Daeet's back, the silvery-white female gazed around shyly, the look in her shining eyes almost seeming to convey her quiet nature, as if she wanted, at that very moment, to simply place her paws in front of her eyes and run away. And yet, she couldn't do that, oh no, not when she'd already pushed herself to come here! 'You'd never think I was one of the Faithful's commanders, hmm?' Truth be told, that was quite true. She could remember more than a few Daeets, no matter how hard they tried to hide it, being surprised when she broke the news. Sighing silently to herself, she rose her eyes, which had drifted, purely out of habit, towards the floor, and took a quick glance around her, absorbing the information that was being processed briskly through her mind. 'Quite a lot of male Daeets ... though not too much to tip the more or less even population.' Luminosity tipped her head slightly to the side, one particular Daeet catching her eye, due to his contrasting blend of colors, cyan and red being especially prominent.

A timid smile touching her muzzle as she made her way towards the striking, striped Daeet, she greeted him - if rather awkwardly; for she was not at all used to conversation such as this. "Why hello there! I'm Luminosity - though most of my acquaintances call me either Lumi, Lumin, or an entirely new nickname they invented themselves. Oh ... and I hope I'm not disturbing you?" Her smile wavering just a little, her tail twitched before her ears, as well, pricked up. 'Oh, but what if I did?' She worried, for this pretty creature could be an incessant worrier at times, even when there was truly no need to. Wondering as to whether or not she should retreat, the Angel finally decided that no, she should stay. After all, she was most definitely one of the least social captains, and it would do her much good to actually make a start towards socializing and making friends.
