Galayxstorm sat at his spot, and his gaze traveled to the apprentice's den. There, Daisypaw was with Cloudpaw, and suddenly a fiery emotion flared in his soul. But he calmed down, and his bright, emerald green eyes shone with a gentler look. Daisypaw could be friends with Cloudpaw, it was normal, because they were both apprentices. But at the same time, he was confused, and he blinked his eyes in slight shock. He loved Daisypaw, more than anyone ever would, and so he let out a slight mew of disappointment as he turned around to walk away. I though you loved me, He thought. But maybe I was wrong.
Galaxystorm sat down to think about his life. His father had been a great deputy of the Clan, and yet his mother had been a low-life loner, but who had been beautiful and gentle. Flexing his claws in anger, he remembered how is mother had died, killed by a Clanmate's father. Thinking about it, he remembered who it was, but couldn't bring himself to think about it. His father had died a horrible death, ripped into pieces in a battle against another Clan. And he had been left to grieve, with nothing or nobody to help, and he was just another scrap, just another bundle, just another kit. And then he had learned how to grow, how to show that he was strong, and that nothing could stop him.
And then he met Daisypaw. When he saw her, his heart melted, but he said nothing. And when she admitted her love for him, he was sure that their future would be perfect, that is, after she got her warrior name. And now his apprentice, Cloudpaw, had taken her away.
Galaxystorm sat in his world, his eyes shaded with an unreadable expression, yet underneath, there was a look of dismay.
