"So that's why they blamed you, when they knew that Thrushfern-or at least someone else- had murdered Foxfur. They were looking for an excuse to kill you!" Hailfeather exclaimed.

"The Clan believes he is dead. The only one who thinks he's alive is his mother, Dawntail. That's why the next time she complains about the bitter herbs she has to take, stuff them into a mouse as well as two deathberries. Then, say that the mouse was crowfood. The evidence will be gone. And, wherever Ashenwind is, he will stay there." Cloudstar schemed.

"He was a brave warrior to the end. Now he can share his wisdom with StarClan. Plus, I made sure that the badger isn't going to come back to AirClan!" Tawnyleaf said, digging her claws into the ground.

"Oh, I see. WaterClan will help you if you need it this snowleaf." Minnowstar said, than walked away. "WaterClan, we're leaving!"

Shadepaw was still babbling to WaterClan about her discovery.

Willowpaw watched her through narrowed eyes. "That chatterbox!"

Smokestar called, "Flameclan! We're leaving!"

Firefleck carefully peeled Daisykit off her brother. "Be nice to him, Daisykit. He didn't hurt me at all."
((Snowleaf? You mean leafbare?))

FlameClan followed Smokestar back. Sparkstorm was in the nursery, playing with his sister's kits.

Creamfoot had heard of what Cloudstar had said, his eyes widen with horror. He walked over to dawntail and blurted out everything to her.

Ashenwind mewed " Okay if he dares try to kill my mother starclan help him!?" which ended into a snarl.

" Yes yes i see." said Snowstream, down to the core he really liked Tawnyleaf but he couldn't break the warrior code. He began to follow his clan.

"Bye!" Tawnyleaf called. Snowstream was really nice. And the closest thing she had had to a mate was killed by that badger- Lionfur. If only she and Snowstream were in the same Clan. She sighed and followed Skystar.

Ashenwind watched Snowstream tail fall to the ground. " Please tell me you don't love her." he muttered under his breath. " H-how did you guess that fast?" he stammered. Ashenwind smiled " I am your friend am i not? I know you Snowstream." " Yea you can say that." Snowstream mewed. " Starclan bless you." Ashenwind mewed, the grey tom walked farther from his friend. Snowstream foucsed on his paws, thinking " What if Ashenwind is right? What if i i am in love. "

Tawnyleaf sat outside AirClan's camp, on night watch. The rest of the Clan was asleep. She stared up at the sky, trying to sort out her feelings. Snowstream is a friend. What if we have to go into battle together? What if one of my Clanmates kills him? I'm the deputy. I have to be loyal to my Clan if I want to lead it. What would Lionfur think? We were never a couple. I can't have kits. Deputies don't have kits. It's not an unspoken rule, but whoever heard of a female deputy who had kits. But what if Snowstream doesn't like me? What will I do? Tawnyleaf stared up at the Moon, the Evil Sister. Or at least that was what she had been taught. The Sun had split into two clans- Air and Flame. They were sort of in an alliance because they had descended from the great Clan of the Sun. But that didn't mean that they were completely friendly. Only under the Gathering truce could they be from one Clan. Tawnyleaf dragged her tail through the dirt, and stared off in the direction of the FlameClan border. When will the Great Sister rise, banishing the Evil Sister that now watches me? she wondered.

Snowstream looked up sighed, he broke from the patrol. He climbed up the highest tree branch where he laid looking at the night sky. This is wrong why I'm in love with Airclan cat . I shouldn't be doing this. What if she was killed in a battle by one of my own clanmates. Starclan help me. there is nothing i can do to stop my heart from doing this. She still loves Lionfur. he thought almost wailing. He sat up looking straight at the moon, he snarled " You are causing this?!"

This is crazy. I can't fall in love. I am next in line to lead my Clan. Tawnystar. That'll be me. But I would give it up to be able to love Snowstream without hiding my feelings. Tawnyleaf thought, her eyes clouding.

Ashenwind, looked around. " Oh dear. Hailfeather can you come with me please it's about Snowstream." he mewed, he followed his friend scent trail.

Snowstream thought even more I am mouse-dunged. This is wrong I can't do this no more. There has to be way to do this without any other cat knowing this. Ashenwind already guess and he is correct i do love Tawnyleaf. He jumped down, and ran to Airclan's territory. He crossed, where he almost remembered where the camp was, he stopped watching and waiting allowing his scent to carry almost half way to the camp.
