Jake rolled onto his back and looked up at the sky, he knew he liked her but he was better off staying out of the way.

Leona looked at him, and smiled. Maybe he just wanted to be friends, she hoped. The last thing she wanted to do was hurt someone. Her blue eyes shone in the moonlight and she laughed, a sound that echoed in the night, ringing off of the trees and stars. She smiled to herself, thinking about jake. She- she liked him.

Jake rolled back over and put his head on his paws with a sigh, he then almost smiled looking at a tree in the distance.

Zero prayed that she liked him back. He turned around to face her and swatted her leg gently. "Your it!" He chuckled, bolting off.

Leona laughed, taking off and easily catching up to him. She tagged him and took off, knowing he couldn't catch up. She continued to run, and suddenly whirled around, flying past mheetu, and running back towards Jake. She knew that eventually she would have to choose, but she didn't know how she would.

Jake could hear running but stayed still and dropped his ears blocking out sound.

Mheetu caught up with absolute ease, and pinned her to the ground lightly. He laughed, and pawed ger face playfully.

Leona laughed, and pushed him off of her. She stood, making her way over to the tree where she and Jake had rested. She sat and looked at mheetu.

Mheetu smiled.

Jake could see her in the distance, he looked back down and closed his eyes resting under the moonlight.
