ShadowWing watched OakWing

SmokeFeather and FallenFeather nodded

DarkHeart watched, he was like a shadow

[Nutheart]

Sandtail shuddered at the words. The frightened fledgeling choked out the word, "Why?"

She was asking why they did it. She nervously flew another lap around.

[SunnyJustice]

"...New names will be Shadetail, Fallentail and Silvertail..." Chirped Aspenbeak from inside the den. "Shadetail, go tell Fallentail."

Lighttail fallowed quietly and sadness pricked her heart. "Oh, Oakwing my dear brother...one day you'll understand..." she said queitly and flew away up back to Cloudflock.

Pinetail was still pined by the bird and he blinked back his tears of grief and pain. He didn't want to gry infront of a female bird much less anyone else. Especially the beautiful bird holding him down.

With a flick of her long, graceful wing, Leapheart dismissed Pinetail. She flew outside.

[SophieFloopHoney.]

He grabbed Wintertail. "You do not go near them. They killed Snowheart.... The strongest bird I knew. Pinetail killed Lighttail-- I'll take care of this." He then looked at Sandtail in sympathy. "I dont know. Talk to Shadowwing."
He flew up to the Feather Tree. "Birds of Fireflock-- Gather around!"

ShadowWing looked at Sandtail

darkHeart flew off hissing,"I killed SnowHeart and next will be you.."

Wintertail looked at Oakwing intently.

[Nutheart]

Sandtail flew outside and landed on a nearby branch to listen. She looked over at Shadowwing and felt very small.
