Lightstep moved into the deeper parts of the rock-cave. The darkness switched into an indigo blue glow as he came near the moon moss. He sniffed the air, which was filled with a sweet mist. The air was smelling of ancestors... Sme familiar, some not... Sun spread! He could smell his mother! And his father! And.. Moonstar!!!! He smiled, pressing his muzzle in the sweet smelling moss. He woke in his dreams,walking in the forests of starclan.

Poppypaw waited for Pantherpaw's answer.

Crowpaw padded along with his patrol.

Nightpaw followed the border patrol.

Pantherpaw shook his head. "We need to talk first... Popppaw, we have to run away. Where, it doesn't matter. All that matters is I love you and I need 2 b with u. I was thinking SunClan..." he gulped and awaited her replie.

Poppypaw's heart skipped a beat for a second. "But... what about our clanmates? And our littermates? Won't the miss us?" She asked. Her spine tingled as she thought of the exciting possibilities that could come from this.

"I know.. I'm a luttle sad to leave too.... But I'm willing to do anything for us Poppypaw. Im tired of having to worry about my clanmates seeing me sneak out to see u. I NEED to be with you! I.... I love you." Pantherpaw's eyes clouded as he realized Poppypaw must not want to go. His heart beat faster with every moment of silence.

Poppypaw waited for a moment longer, before stepping forward and twining her tail with his. "I love you too, and I will do anything to be with you. I will come with you no matter what the cost." She mewed, her voice quiet but steady. "How do we tell our clanmates? Or do we just leave? I don't want to have to say goodbye."

"I've already told my sister, Spottedpaw. She promised to tell everyone when we left. We should leave now." He breathed in a deep breath. His chest was puffed up, his tail straight up. Pantherpaw shot forward, stepping his paws lightly against the ground as his tail wrapped around Poppypaw's. "Good-bye, CloudClan." he said a bit sadly as he walked past his old home. He about cried as he past the Great Oak. Even though he knew he would get to go there for Gatherings, his heart had a pit in it at the thought of it not belonging to him anymore. Poppypaw must of felt the same, because as soon as she set foot over her territory, her eyes clouded. Pantherpaw turned his head, staring deep in her eyes. With the look on her face, she realized they must be thinking the same thought. "We'll be better off with eachother by our sides all the time. I promise we won't regret this."
