Mintdream blinked and made it look like she was bored, although there was a spark in her eye that Shard and Brooke couldn't see. "We could say we need to go someplace to make dirt- and we go separate directions, so they can't follow us, and we meet inside the territory, or we just meet outside the entrance." She said.

Squiireltail exchanged glances with Shadowpatch, then she turned back to Mintdream. "Sounds great.. And Plan B?? What if one of them does follow??" she asked.

Shadowpatch smiled. "Then i will take matters into my own paws." He winked.

Mintdream narrowed her eyes. "I'm not stupid, you know," She spat touchily at Squirreltail. "I saw that. If they do follow, then we have to turn and fight the best we can, and try to make such a racket the clan will hear and come to check it out." She meowed. "If that doesnt work, then we come back."

Mintdream nodded, and put a really uncomfortable look on her face purposefully. She stood and walked over to Shard, who hissed and backed away from her. "Can we go make dirt?" She meowed irritably, almost laughing at the disgusted look on the rogue's face. "We've been here too long- and I'm afraid it's urgent," The tom's fur was bristling.
"Go, then, but if you don't return-"
"We will," She cut in with her lie sharply. "just let us go." She walked over to Shadowpatch and Squirreltail. "Okay," She lowered her voice. "we go in three directions, and don't start running until you can't hear that stream over there. When the sound of it disappears, run like a dog is on your tail, and don't stop until you reach the clan entrance." She murmured lowly. then she turned and set out of the place at a hurried pace, disappearing into the bushes with a loud rustling noise.

Squirreltail nodded, and she scamperedoff into the bush, where she would 'make dirt'. She found a good place, but she went further and further.. Until the sound of the stream was too faint to hear. "Now." she whispered to herself, and she hit warp speed, out of the bushes. She ran for her life, through the forest, until she was close to the Clan entrance. She stopped, panting, her heart racing. She wanted to wait for them, just in case..

Featherfur looked around, her swollen tummy making her wince.

Stormsky padded up to the fresh-kill pile, seeing it was getting quite low. He grabbed a rabbit and he head for the nursery, where he dumped the rabbit. "Here mum," he smiled. "I thought you'd like this."

Featherfur smiled. "Thank you Stormsky." she ate the rabbit happily.

Stormsky sat down beside his mother. "So.. How are you all?" he asked, looking at her tummy.
"Fine," she replied softly. ''They should be out soon."
Stormsky nodded. "That's good. I have to go, enjoy your rabbit." he gave her a quick lick before he got up and padded out.
