Bluefire turned back to Deerpelt. "I have to go, thanks for the shrew," she said, and she walked away. Suddenly, she bumped into Brushtail. "Oh, I'm so sorry--"

Brushtail smiled "Its ok Bluefire" She mewed, flicking her tail tip. Deerpelt stammered "O, Ok"

Bluefire smiled, then came closer . "Does.... Wel.... Your brother.. Like me?" she whispered.

Russetstream paced around camp, bored and searching for something to do. His muscles rolled under his thick tabby pelt, his amber eyes distracted as he stared around camp.

Mintdream stopped at the border. "This is the border. This is where our hunting stops, and we should have no reason to cross over." She meowed. She flicked her tail at the sandy-colored rocks in the distance. "See those? THat's highstones. That is where moonstone is kept, and where leaders and medicine cats go." She meowed. "You won't have any reason to go up there, and you shouldn't, unless the leader sends you." She turned to the left and flicked her tail at more shady sand-colored rocks. "See those? Those are Shadowrocks. Some of us hunt there, and patrols go by there, but it isn't too popular."

Starlingeyes saw Russetstream, and called for him to come over. He had been busy lately and hadn't seen her kits.

Swiftpaw nodded. "Doesn't Shadowrocks have nasty adders?" he growled. He hated the snakes that lurked there.

Mintdream nodded. "There's hoards of them there." She meowed.

Russetstream padded happily over to Starlingeyes. He had grown quite fond of her in the short time he had known her. "Hello, Starlingeyes," He purred, his amber eyes glowing.

Starlingeyes smiled at the warrior. "Are you ready to see the kits?" she asked him kindly.

Swiftpaw kept on walking, his head high in the air.
