Deerpelt yawned and flicked a tan ear, his stomach growled and he padded over to the fresh-kill pile. He saw Bluefire and mewed "Hi" to her and grabbed a fat vole and padded over to the nestle patch and laid down to eat his vole, looking up from time to time at bluefire

Bluefire smiled at Deerpelt. "Hello," she meowed. She raised her head and blinked, her tail twitching.

Deerpelt licked his lips and smiled "Nice weather" he mewed, flicking his tail tip

(They should go out on a border patrol, and meet at least three rogues, Lol)

Bluefire turned her head. "Perfect for a patrol," she replied. At that moment, Brightstar padded up to them. "Deerpelt, Bluefire, would you mind going on a quick border patrol for me?" She smiled at the warriors. Bluefire stared at Deerpelt, waiting for him to answer.

Deerpelt nodded "Yes Brightstar" He mewed and waited for Bluefire to go.

Deerpelt followed bluefire, and out the entrance tunnel. They made it to the middle of the territory and ran into three mangy rouges. He lashed his tail and hissed "Who are you?"

Bluefire stopped and growled too. "In fact, get out of here before we have to slice you in half!" She had never liked rouges. These ones were skinny, helpless, scared, but still Bluefire wasn't holding back. She hissed, the hair on her neck rising. "Go NOW!" She roared, and swiped a paw at the one standing closest, a mottled tabby with many scars. They moved away, but they didn't leave. Bluefire growled and hissed, but they still just stood there. She ran at them, and they finally ran too. She and Deerpelt chased them off the territory, but no further. "Don't come back here If you don't want your ears raked off!" she hissed. Bluefire paused, then looked at Deerpelt. "We need to tell Brightstar," She meowed, and started heading back the way they came.
