Eaglepaw stalked up behind Firepaw. She lifted her paw up and tapped Firepaw's left shoulder. Then, she quickly jumped to the right, so that when Firepaw turned to the left to see who tapped her shoulder, no one would be there.

Firepaw growled and looked around, seeing no one. But she was able to smell a cat behind her and reached her paw out and smacked her in the face. Luckily, he claws were sheathed.

Splashpaw flicked her tail gently. "I'm not like other cats though.. I have no talents and I probably never will." She murmured. A lump was forming in her throat. "The only thing I can do is climb trees, and what good is that..?" She whispered quietly.

History: After his mate died, he frantically searched for a queen that could nurse Lostpaw. He found a good-natured alley cat who's kittens were older and had extra milk. Once Lostpaw was old enough, they started wandering together, never settling in one place too long.

Rosepool dipped her head in thanks to Ravenfur. "I really appreciate it," she responded to the warrior. She turned to Ghoststar and caught sight of the new apprentice. "Hello!" she greeted the two, padding over to join them. "Who's her mentor?"

Ghoststar sighed. "Thats not true splashpaw, but it is your choice. I cant force you to stay. Climbing trees is your specialty. You could be good in an ambush, by hiding in the trees." He mewed. He was dissapointed that Splashpaw was wanting to go become a kitty pet again. His first clan, and someone already would rather have a soft kittypet life instead of the exciting life of a clan cat.

Rosepool stared at Splashpaw in awe. "You're leaving?" she gasped, her golden eyes wide. "But you're so helpful to the Clan! We need you so much!" Her ears twitched in suprise at the young apprentice's decision.

Ghoststar looked at Rosepool. "She doesnt think she is any help to the clan. She is going to be a kitty pet again." He turned back to Splashpaw. "Splashpaw, if you are leaving, leave now. If you choose to stay, then you can stay. And you are always welcome to come back to the clan." He turned away from the soon to be kitty pet and glanced at the high rock in the middle of the small pool. "I need to choose the Deputy." He muttered. Then, he padded up to the pool and stepped on the small stones that lead up to the high rock. He climbed up the slope of the highrock and stood staring at Splashpaw, waiting for her to leave before he adressed the clan.
