((If they wanted to read all of the pages, they wouldn't have asked for a recap =)
Anyway, I'll start from the beginning. Two rogues (Shadowcreek and Phantomrose) intruded on Snowclan territory and were chased off. Silverstar held a clan meeting, and from there it was decided that the rogues would not be invited to join the clan. Hawkclaw, Sweetpaw and Pinepaw all went on a hunt, and Hawkclaw is about to fix Sweetpaw's wrenched claw in secret, so that the rest of the clan doesn't know she hurt herself. Silverstar and Foxpaw ran into a kittypet during a training session, but Foxpaw chased it away, and now Foxpaw's telling all his friends about it. I think that's everything.))
Hawkclaw dipped his head in acknowledgement before settling down to examine her claw to see how much damage was done. The claw didn't look bad, but it was enough that he knew he needed to straighten it out. Looking around, he searched for something to use to do that, something that wouldn't stand out too much. A light purr rolled from his throat when he spotted an old tree that had several thin, but strong, vines dangling from it. They wouldn't be too noticeable, and they'd serve their purpose in holding the claw straight. Getting to his paws, he walked over to it and carefully used his claws to shear off several strands of the vines before returning to the apprentice and dropping the small pile at her paws. "Hang on, I'm going to get something for the pain. This process will hurt, but once it's done you shouldn't have too many issues." That said, he began to search again, feeling his old fear of failing welling up in his mind. Shaking it off, he let out a mrow of pleasure when he found what he was looking for. Walking back to her, he dropped several small seeds next to the vine pile at her paws. "Alright, once I'm done wrapping your paw, I want you to lick up as many of these as you think you can without getting drowsy." he said, pointing at the poppy seeds with a paw. That said, he licked the end of a vine to wet it and pressed it into the fur between her toes. Casting a quick apologetic glance at her, he gently prodded the claw back into place, quickly wrapping the vine around it a couple of times to hold it straight. Once the first layer was on, he carefully wrapped two more layers around it so that her paw looked relatively normal. Even the green of the vines wasn't obvious. "You're not going to be able to retract that claw until it heals, but it should feel alright with the way I wrapped it. If you'd rather the rest of the clan not know, I'll happily take care of it for you until it's healed."
