Dapplesun blinked, shocked. Curiosity pricked at her paws, but she didn't say anything.

*Firetear put Leopardkit down*

*Leopardkit ran to Dapplesun*

Dapplesun nuzzled her brother, rubbing her cheek to his. "It's okay," She said softly. "It'll be alright."

*Leopardkit nuzzled her back* "Daddys gone now, gone forever!" *he whispered sadly*

Dapplesun blinked, a tear coming to her eye. "He doesn't know how mouse-brained he is, then," She said.
