((Haha, I love how dead wolves are talking to Val and Dusk and Flicker, Flewer, and Prophet are completely oblivious. XD))
Flicker pressed up against Val for a moment, trying to comfort her best friend before she strode forward, glaring icily at Prophet. She hoped Pera would visit her later and tr to set her emotions on the right track; she was so distracted, conflicted, and distressed that she was afraid that she was screwing things up for all the wolves... Shaking herself mentally, she depleted her glare, aiming all the hate in her body toward the cruel wolf who was curving their path, making it jagged, bringing her to disbelieve. "Well, here's an even better idea than what you're working at," Flicker snarled, baring her teeth at the brutes. "Leave us alone. Just shut up and go away, and by dawn, it'll be like this never even happened. You've seen a little but if what I'm made of; you never suspected I'd double back for my friends using the trees, did you? Courtesy of my family pack, of course, that's their specialty, but see, this pack is even better. Gravity surrenders its inevitable pull seemingly at my will... But never mind that. Just don't cross my path." Turning away, Flicker gestured for Val to go first, feeling that it would be leader-like to make sure not one wolf in her pack behind; well, only partially because of that. The biggest reason why was that Flicker was terrified; terrified for her best friends, terrified for what was ahead, terrified for her own sanity...
