"Bye!" Rainfeather called after her.

Featherwind swished her plumy tail then walked away with Frostwing.

Cherrystream eventually pulled herself together and went back to camp.

Sagefoot waited for Cherrystream, his dark brown tail swishing. His front paw became sooty with dirt as he swirled the dust.

Cherrystream went into camp. She went right into the warriors den. She curled up in her nest and dozed off.

Sagefoot paced into the warriors' den. He knew Cherrystream hated him. Whatever. Maybe he'd find another mate.

Featherwind and Frostwing caught 2 rabbits,3 squirrels and 2 voles with the help of Rainstorm.As,they collected their prey and went home they chatted.When they got home,Featherwind and Frostwing went into the warriors to rest for a while.Rainstorm walked back into the forest.
